Toyota Tsusho Insurance Broker (Vietnam) Corporation (TTIBV) is the Number 1 Japanese insurance broker in Vietnam, with offices located in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

TTIBV was established in 2011, the company has more than 15 years of experience, with customers who are commercial company and retails insurance service business nationwide. TTIBV supports customers with services related to Insurance Brokerage and Auxiliary insurance.

With our illustrious history in the industry, we are confident in our capabilities and expertise to bring peace of mind to our customers through our products and services.

Insurance brokers on behalf of customers will negotiate with insurance companies to make the best insurance program (with large coverage and low premiums) and to help client to get the highest amount of compensation when claim happens. In foreign countries also in Vietnam, using insurance brokers to mediate in generating insurance contracts is very common.

Insurance broker has a legal obligation to advice the most appropriate insurance product to customers among all knowable products. (Insurance agent is not requested to carry that obligation)

the difference with insurance agency

Insurance broker does not act for any insurance company but representative for the insured. Insurance agent is a representative of an insurance company, whom can handle only commissioned products of that insurance company.

TTIBV receives brokerage commissions in compliance with applicable regulations, within legally permitted limits.

We operate independently, with no financial ties to any insurance company. And our management has no ownership or management roles in any insurers.
